About x9Torrent

x9Torrent is an online index and archive of torrent metadata. We catalog and display information such as magnet URIs, torrent hashes, file names, sizes, and other descriptive metadata that are sourced from publicly available locations. The site is provided for informational and archival purposes only.

What x9Torrent does not do

• We do not host, store, mirror, or transmit video, audio, or other copyrighted works.
• We do not run BitTorrent trackers or participate in any peer-to-peer transfers.
• We do not provide access to the underlying files referenced by torrent metadata.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for third-party sites or content.

Images of Performers

For identification and cataloging purposes, x9Torrent may display still images of performers (e.g., headshots, posters, or promotional photos). We do not host video frames or clips. If you are the rightsholder of an image, or the person depicted, and you want it removed, email abuse@x9torrent.com with:

• The exact x9Torrent URL(s) where the image appears;
• Proof that you are the rightsholder or the person depicted (or their authorized agent);
• Your contact information for follow-up.

Upon receiving a complete and verifiable request, we will remove or disable access to the image within a reasonable time (typically within 48 hours).

Copyright & Notice-and-Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear, complete notices about items in our index. If you believe that a listing on x9Torrent infringes your rights, send a notice to abuse@x9torrent.com including:

• The exact x9Torrent URL(s) for the listing(s) to be removed;
• Information identifying the work(s) you claim are infringed;
• A statement that you are the rightsholder or are authorized to act on their behalf;
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rightsholder, its agent, or the law;
• Your full contact information (name, organization, email, and country of residence);
• An electronic signature (typed name is sufficient).

After verification, we will disable access to the specific metadata and blacklist the corresponding hash/URL from our search index. This process affects only our index; it does not remove content from third-party sites or networks beyond our control.

Use of the Site

The information provided by x9Torrent is for informational and archival purposes only. We do not encourage or facilitate infringement. Users are solely responsible for how they use any magnet links or metadata and for complying with the laws that apply to them.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and all information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose), to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, x9Torrent and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the site. In any case, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of EUR 100 or the amounts you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Paris, France. If your operations are based in a different country, update this section to reflect the correct jurisdiction.
